Pro. Free and Starter have no Marketing module at all: no campaigns, no email sending and no Mailchimp. Social slots are a Pro add-on on top.

Instagram, Facebook (Pages), YouTube, Threads and TikTok. On Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads you can read, reply to, hide and delete comments, and liking works on Instagram and Facebook. Direct messages work on Instagram and Facebook (on Facebook inside Messenger's 24-hour window). TikTok is publishing only, and a photo-carousel caption is limited to 90 characters against 2,200 for video.

In Marketing > Settings > Channels you create an invite link and send it to whoever owns the account. They approve it on a SocialAPI.ai screen, which is expected because that is our publishing partner. The link expires after 7 days, and the band needs a social slot first.

One slot connects one band's social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, TikTok) for scheduling and publishing posts through Digitainment. Managing 3 bands' social presence needs 3 slots. No plan includes a slot: they are a Pro add-on (€10/mo or €108/yr each), and you buy as many as you have bands.

Not yet. The Scheduled page lets you cancel a post, so cancel it and create it again. Posts can be 1 to 2,200 characters with an optional first comment, and you can load the text from a campaign. If some networks fail you will see 'Partially published' and which ones.

On the shared Digitainment address, 500 a month and 100 a day (the day resets at midnight UTC and the month on the 1st). With a verified custom sending domain it is 5,000 a month with no daily cap. EPK blasts, pitches and own-domain sends all count toward the same total.

Yes — Own Domain Sends lets you email your own collected contact list directly. It is part of the Marketing module, so it comes with Pro. Sending from a verified domain of your own is a Pro add-on (€20/mo or €216/yr).

Instead of your emails going out from Digitainment's shared address, you connect and verify your own domain (e.g. mail@yourcompany.com) so mail comes from your own name — and it raises how many emails you can send. It is a Pro add-on (€20/mo or €216/yr): 5,000 emails a month and no daily cap.

A send that includes CSV-imported contacts is blocked unless the custom sending domain add-on is active. When you import you also confirm that these contacts opted in. Import limits are 5,000 rows per file, 5,000 contacts per band and 50,000 per company.

Through the band's subscribe page (digitainment.io/subscribe/band-name) or its embed code under Own Domain Sends. Signups are saved straight away, tagged 'Website Signups', with no confirmation email, so only share the form where people expect to be signed up. A band stops accepting signups at 5,000 contacts, and needs a public page address first.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing blocks that address for your whole company, not just one band. Bounces and spam complaints are blocked automatically too.

Yes, on Pro. You connect with a Mailchimp API key (Mailchimp > Account > Extras > API keys). Sends go to the first audience in the account and you pick recipients by tag, using the same templates as Own Domain Sends. They go out immediately; there is no scheduling.

Shows and tour campaigns, merch campaigns started from Marketing > Merch, and album release campaigns started from a Label release. Ticketing compilation campaigns show 'Soon'. Every campaign needs an expiry date, after which it drops out of the dropdowns. Posters are JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB.

It adds a More info button (title, text and poster) to each linked show on the band's public gig guide and on your company website. If a show has several such campaigns, the most recently updated one wins, and the text comes from the campaign's first social post.

Blast sends one EPK email to up to 50 recipients at once. Pitch writes a personalised message to a single contact, promoter or press, after your AI assistant has researched them. That research and writing counts as one AI action.

Posts and sends are only tied to a campaign if you picked the campaign when you sent them, and older ones cannot be added afterwards.
