Merch
Tour merch without the spreadsheet — track stock, sell at the table, and land the night's sales on that show's settlement automatically.

Know what you packed.
Products, sizes and live stock in one list per band. SKU and EAN on every variant. Stock is derived from movements minus completed sales — no double-entry count sitting next to the till.
Products & sizes — One product, many variants. Name, category, price and VAT live on the product; size, SKU and EAN live on the variant.
Live stock — Receive, adjust or write off units. Tonight's sales decrement the same number automatically.
Your categories — Add the names you actually use. Each one still maps to Recorded, Soft goods or Other so settlement splits stay correct.
Sell against tonight's show.
Open the merch table, pick the show, tap sizes. Sales are recorded against that date — not typed into a spreadsheet at 2am.
Show-linked sales — Every sale carries the show. That is how merch lands on the right settlement.
Cash first — Built for the table. Card readers come later; the sale record is the source of truth now.
Fast entry — Band, show, product, size, done. Stock updates as you confirm.
The till closes into the show.
Merch gross sits next to the door split on that show's settlement — recorded, soft goods and other, sold by SKU. It does not get typed into the booking payout.
Sibling on settlement — Booking deal math stays booking. Merch is a separate block on the same show.
Split by category — Recorded, soft goods and other roll up so the artist split is already in the sheet.
Finance overview — The same merch totals appear in the finance merch tab across the period.
