Ticketing with no fee per ticket
Digitainment takes no percentage of your ticket sales. Here is what 1,000 tickets per show cost compared with pretix, Eventbrite and Eventim Light.

Digitainment works the other way round. Ticketing is part of the Pro plan at a flat monthly price, and the ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe account. The only cost per ticket is the card fee Stripe charges for the payment.
Fees per month
1,000 tickets per show
Example: a β¬20.00 ticket (including 7% VAT), sold in your own ticket shop. All amounts in EUR, excluding VAT.
With Eventim Light and Eventbrite, these fees are usually added to the ticket price, so your fans pay them. With Digitainment there is no platform fee to pass on: a β¬20.00 ticket costs your fans β¬20.00, or you add your own booking fee and keep it.
What you save with Digitainment
One ticket pack covers every show in the month, so the more shows you sell, the bigger the difference.
What you pay with Digitainment
Pro and the ticket pack are flat monthly prices. The only cost that grows with your sales is the card fee, which goes to Stripe, not to Digitainment.
Digitainment takes no percentage and no fee per ticket. The only per-ticket cost is the card fee (Stripe fees: 1.5% + β¬0.25 per payment for standard European cards; premium and non-European cards cost more), charged by Stripe on the agency's own Stripe account. Ticketing is part of the Pro plan (β¬59.99/month), which also includes bookings, marketing, logistics, merch and label services. Pro includes 100 tickets per show; one ticket pack (β¬34.99/month) raises every show that month to 1,100 tickets. Example: β¬20.00 ticket including 7% VAT, one ticket per order; orders of several tickets lower the card fee. All prices excluding VAT. Competitor prices as published on pretix.eu, eventbrite.com, eventim-light.de and stripe.com, verified 18 October 2026. Eventbrite (Germany, Essentials) and Eventim Light include card processing in their fee. Check each provider's site for current rates.
What comes with it
- Tickets are part of the show. The ticket link flows into your campaigns, EPK and company website by itself.
- Payments go straight into your own Stripe account. Digitainment never holds your ticket money.
- The show settlement is prefilled from the ticket sales, and Finance and the accounting export include them.
- Fans can join the band's mailing list when they buy a ticket, with double opt-in, straight into Marketing. Every ticket sale is a chance to win a fan for the next show.
- A door scanner on any phone, which keeps working if the signal drops.
- Your buyers' data stays yours: you are the data controller, not Digitainment.
What Digitainment Ticketing does not do
Before you switch, check that these are not deal-breakers for your shows:
- No reserved seating or seat plans. Tickets are general admission, with as many ticket types as you need.
- No selling tickets at the door (coming soon). Until then you can record the money taken at the door for the settlement.
- No fan login. Fans get their tickets by email and on their own order page, and can forward each ticket on its own. If agencies need a fan login, we will build it.
- No sales network or marketplace. Eventim sells through eventim.de and about 10,000 presale outlets, and Eventbrite lists events on its marketplace. With Digitainment you sell through your own channels: your ticket page, campaigns, EPK and website.
Questions
Ticketing fees, answered
No. Digitainment takes no percentage and no fee per ticket. You pay the Pro plan (β¬59.99/month) and, for shows over 100 tickets, a ticket pack (β¬34.99/month). The card fee on each payment is charged by Stripe.
Ticketing is part of Pro and the ticket packs need Pro, so leaving it out would flatter us. Pro also includes bookings, marketing, logistics, merch and label services, so most agencies selling tickets already pay for it.
Pro includes 100 tickets per show, enough for a club night or a showcase. One ticket pack raises every show that month to 1,100 tickets; up to four packs can be added.
Usually the fans: Eventim Light and Eventbrite add their fee to the ticket price by default. With Digitainment there is no platform fee to add. You can still charge a booking fee if you want to, and it is yours.
Stripe charges 1.5% + β¬0.25 per payment for standard European cards; premium cards and cards from outside Europe cost more. On a β¬20.00 ticket that is β¬0.55. pretix also adds the payment provider's fees on top of its own; Eventbrite and Eventim Light include them in theirs.
